At the Hervey Bay Neighbourhood Centre, we’re passionate about creating lasting, positive change in people’s lives and our community. But how do we know we’re really making a difference?
We use a results-based accountability approach built into all our programs. This means we don’t just track numbers — we look at real outcomes for real people.
To measure our overall impact, we use a national tool called the Australian Social Values Bank (ASVB). It helps us put a value on the positive changes our programs bring — things like improved wellbeing, stronger connections, and a more sustainable environment.
Want to see the difference we’re making?
