That's what Community Navigator, Tara, was reminded of when she was able to make a profound change in someone's life through a seemingly small gesture. Read Tara's story below. "A heartfelt photo from my week. A man called HBNC for urgent support on Tuesday. He visited the office and we connected him to the community. I invited him to Comfort Kitchen for a lovely meal on Wednesday night.A huge thank you to the Impact IFS team for the large donation of over 100 pairs of shoes. He took off his shoes that had been taped together with masking tape and walked out with a full belly and new shoes. He was so incredibly happy! Thank you to everyone at HBNC.
