We are excited to invite you to participate in our initiative, Creating Connected Communities! This initiative aims to ignite community connections and address the pressing issues of social isolation and loneliness in our neighbourhoods.

As part of this initiative, we have provided the Creating Connected Communities toolkit - a step-by-step guide of inspiring ideas of potential events and projects you might consider as an individuals, community group, and/or organisation.

The Creating Connected Community toolkits offers a variety of engaging activities and events to help you get started across five themes:

Whether you are organising an intimate team-building retreat or a vibrant community celebration, this toolkit empowers you to explore creative ideas, customise them for your audience, and create memorable experiences that foster connections across our local neighbourhoods.
