Training and Employment Coaches (TEC) are here to support community members aged 18 and older to enhance their employability and build essential life skills. TECs are here to offer advice, support and ongoing coaching.

TEC provides a comprehensive range of services aimed at helping you achieve your employment and life goals:

Case Management Support: Our coaches work closely with you to develop a personalised plan that addresses your unique needs and goals. We liaise with employers to help you find and sustain meaningful employment.

Skills Workshops: We offer group workshops on a variety of life skills, including resume writing, how to dress for success, and tenancy skills. These workshops are designed to equip you with the practical skills needed to thrive in both your personal and professional life.

Business/Employer Networking: Through our strong connections with local businesses and employers, we help bridge the gap between you and potential job opportunities, ensuring you have the support and resources needed to succeed.
