Heartfulness Meditation - Sunday

Heartfulness offers practices and lifestyle tips to all of you who care about yourselves, your communities, and the planet. 

Heartfulness is about feeling. Our entire life is led by feelings and inspirations, and that is the role of the heart. When we manage to listen to the heart and capture the inspiration that comes from within, we learn to master our life. The whole exercise of fine-tuning the heart with the mind is through meditation on the heart, and that is why it is called Heartfulness Meditation. https://www.heartfulnessinstitute.org.au/

Note: this session is for trained Heartfulness practitioners, who have completed the 3 Heartfulness introductory lessons. To arrange your three Heartfulness introductory lessons, please contact your local Certified Heartfulness Trainers:

Where: The Urangan Community Wellness Centre, Elizabeth St, Urangan (opposite Miller St)

When:  Sundays 7:30-8:30am 

Cost: Free

Please note: Parking is limited at the Urangan Community Wellness Centre, please allow time to park in adjoining streets (e.g. Miller St, Dayman St) and walk to the Centre. There is a 2hr Parking Limit on Elizabeth St and you may be fined for overstaying that limit.
