Through both individual and group support, we offer opportunities to participate in community life, foster meaningful relationships, and enjoy activities that support independence and social interaction. Who We Can Help Fraser Coast Social Support Services is designed for: Clients who are older and in need of support: Individuals over 65 years of age or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 and over. How We Can Help Our services are tailored to meet your needs, offering both individual and group-based support options: Individual Support:We help individuals participate in community life and feel socially connected. This includes personalised activities that cater to your unique interests and preferences, providing the social contact and companionship you need to thrive. Group Support:Our structured group activities encourage interaction and connection. These sessions are designed to promote independent living while fostering a sense of belonging through shared experiences and social engagement. How to access services We operate on a waitlist system when demand reaches capacity. Referrals are handled through My Aged Care. If you are over 65, please register with My Aged Care to be referred to Fraser Coast Social Support Services.
