Confidence. Connection. Courage.

Growing up today isn’t always easy. Many girls are navigating friendship challenges, social pressure, and self-doubt — often without the tools or space to work through it.

The Courageous Girls Club is a 10-week confidence-building program designed to support girls aged 6-8 to grow emotionally, socially, and personally in a safe, uplifting environment.

Through small-group sessions filled with creativity, conversation, and connection, girls are supported to better understand themselves, build resilience, and develop meaningful friendships — all while having fun along the way.

This is more than just an after-school program. It’s a space where girls feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

What Girls Will Learn

Across the 10 weeks, participants will:

• Build confidence and self-belief
• Learn how to navigate friendships and social situations
• Develop emotional awareness and resilience
• Strengthen communication and self-expression
• Explore their identity and feel proud of who they are

Each session is designed to gently build skills over time, helping girls feel more confident, capable, and connected.

How It Works

The program runs over 10 weeks, with each session building on the last to support lasting growth and real-life skills.

Sessions include a mix of:
• Creative activities
• Guided discussions
• Connection-based games
• Confidence-building exercises

All delivered in a warm, welcoming, and judgement-free environment.

Why It Matters

With increasing pressures from school, social media, and everyday life, many girls are feeling overwhelmed or unsure of themselves.

The Courageous Girls Club focuses on prevention and empowerment — giving girls the tools they need to build confidence, develop resilience, and form strong, healthy relationships.
