Discover how the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda can help you better understand and support your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Many of us experience stress, anxiety, low mood, overthinking, poor sleep or feelings of overwhelm at some point in our lives. Some of us become so accustomed to feeling anxious or depressed that we begin to accept it as normal. Others may have used antidepressants or anti-anxiety medications for an extended period as part of their treatment journey.

Ayurveda recognises that mental and emotional wellbeing is closely connected to the health of the digestive system through what is now widely known as the gut-brain axis—a connection that has been understood in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years.

In this informative workshop, you'll explore how your unique Ayurvedic constitution may influence your emotional wellbeing and learn practical ways to support balance naturally. You'll gain insights into:

  • The connection between gut health and mental wellbeing.
  • How your individual constitution can influence stress, anxiety, depression and emotional balance.
  • Foods and lifestyle practices that support a healthy mind and body.
  • Traditional Ayurvedic herbs and natural approaches that may support overall wellbeing.

Whether you're looking to improve your overall wellbeing, complement your current health routine, or are simply curious about Ayurveda, this workshop offers practical knowledge you can begin applying in your everyday life.

No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is required. This beginner-friendly session is designed to empower you with simple, practical strategies to better understand your body and support your long-term wellbeing.
