Build confidence. Stay safe. Feel empowered.

Looking for a practical, supportive way to feel safer in everyday life?

Join us this May for Women’s Self-Defence program, grounded in Tohkon Ryu Jiu-Jitsu principles. Designed for real-world situations, this program focuses on technique, awareness, and leverage — not strength — making it accessible for all fitness levels and experience.

This is not about fighting. It’s about learning how to stay safe, create space, and respond with confidence.

What you’ll gain:
• Confidence in close-contact situations
• Practical techniques to escape common grabs and holds
• Skills to manage space and stay calm under pressure
• Improved body awareness, balance, and decision-making
• Supportive, expert-led training in a welcoming environment

Each session builds on the last, helping you feel stronger, more aware, and more in control.

Why join?
• Beginner-friendly and inclusive
• Safe, hands-on learning
• Real-life, practical skills
• Progressive weekly development
